Our new Chillable Red is a light and refreshing wine made from Gamay Noir that is best served a little cold.  The wine is bursting with fresh fruit and smells like a bowl of recently picked bing cherries.  There is great acid driven length and just enough tannin to linger on the palate while still leaving you feeling refreshed.
